As an esthetician, Carin McGrath takes an intuitive approach when it comes to the care of her client’s skin. Carin doesn’t subscribe to a one-size-fits-all skincare approach. She thoroughly and thoughtfully assesses the skin of her clients, while tailoring a skincare routine that actually works with their lifestyle. Carin became a licensed esthetician and worked alongside renowned dermatologist Dr. Erma Benitez for ten years. After years of practice and working in luxury spas, the Southern California native opened her own studio, Skin by Carin in 2019. She considers herself more of a skincare coach, encouraging her celebrity and everyday clients to stick to consistent skincare and practice, so they emerge with glowing, healthy skin. 

 

When she isn’t working with clients out of her Los Angeles based studio, Carin is a mother of twins alongside her husband, Mark. She is also bilingual and fluent in Spanish thanks to her Panamanian roots on her mother’s side.
